For all new color clients, I require either a preliminary haircut appointment or a color consultation prior to your color service to ensure we can achieve your desired results. Cancellation Policy
I get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. However, I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Thank you for respecting my time!
